Abstract: The article systematizes the notions of mechanism of integration of insurance companies with banks, the author\'s interpretation of the concept of "integration of insurance companies with banks" and "mechanism of integration of insurance companies with banks" is grounded, the place integration of insurers and banks in the general system of their interaction is displayed.
