Abstract: In hired the role of estimation of level of stability of development of human capital is reflected in providing of economic security of industrial enterprise. The value of the labour and surplus value productivity is considered in the increase of economic security of enterprise. The aggregate of criteria is offered for the estimation of dynamics of level of development of human capital of employees.
