Abstract: On the basis of analysis of the state of social-labour relations in Ukraine and, in particular, in the Kirovohrad area, contradiction in their development and dominant of social tension were determined, necessity of activation of social dialog for interests of upgrading labour-resource providing of region and economy growing was grounded.
