Abstract: In the article is analyzed the innovative development of Ukraine with the help of cluster analysis and hierarchical method of Ward. It is characterized the indices of innovation processes in the State. The methodical recommendations for calculation of size of innovation and investment share in the credit bank portfolio are given, the implementation of which will bring the level of innovation development of Ukraine to European standards.
