Abstract: In the article interdependence of salary and labour productivity in modern terms is analysed. The necessity of introduction on the domestic enterprises of the flexible systems of payment of workers labour is reasonable. The stages of introduction of the flexible system of payment on the basis of indexes of the productivity are offered.
