Abstract: In the article the value of financial control is considered in the effective and having a special purpose use of budgetary facilities. Investigational basic problems and reasons of violations of the use of budgetary facilities. The analysis of budgetary violations, ineffective use of budgetary facilities, violations and lacks of administration of profits is conducted. Grounded necessity of perfection of method of estimation of financial control on state and local levels.
