Abstract: In the article grounded necessity of leadthrough of changes on the communal enterprises of Ukraine, certainly feature of their introduction on the today's stage of development of enterprises. The basic problems of development of communal enterprises and systematized indicators of changes are considered. Levels are certain leadthrough of changes on communal enterprises.
