Abstract: The world experience of implementation the models of financial flows distribution in context of realization of investment projects within public-private partnership as a component of state investment policy is systematized. The modification of financial flow distribution models and regulatory actions between participants of public-private partnership in context of effective organization state and private sector cooperation within realization state investment policy are developed by the author.
