Abstract: The article considers the role of transport infrastructure in the development of national economies and development prospects of the company Ukrzaliznica, assessed the state of logistics and content of the investment policy of the company, the necessity of expanding its investment potential, including through the involvement of external sources of funding. In the article analyzed also the system of financing investment development company, the main sources of funding and usage of rail transport. Occupies a special place comparative characteristics of the main forms of investment loans.
