Abstract: The qualifiedly new method of optimization of direct and indirect expenses distribution between basic and additional services of the enterprise which is based on the analytical maintenance meaning sharing of mathematical model and information technologies is offered in the article. The results of the developed approach introduction into the practical activity of enterprise are shown.
