Abstract: In the article were systematized and analyzed the problems of economic entities in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Particular attention is paid to economic and legal foundations, as well as trends in education and development, assessing their status in the region. Substantiates the main directions of development of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as commercial production companies in the country.
