Methodical Approaches to Procedures of Re-engineering at an Enterprise through the Prism of Development Cyclicity

Abstract: The article considers essential characteristics of re-engineering of business processes and identifies prerequisites of its appearance. It studies development of theoretical grounds of formation of the concept and conduct of re-engineering of business processes of an industrial enterprise in the environment of influence of external and internal factors and justifies urgency of this issue. It reveals specific features of formation of theoretical and methodical approaches to re-engineering on the basis of monitoring of its classification features and with consideration of stages of the enterprise life cycle in specific production systems. It conducts projection of re-engineering of business processes on the stage-by-stage approach to the enterprise life cycle with consideration of factors of internal and external environment. It improves classification of re-engineering of business processes of an enterprise. It develops a technological model of re-engineering, which is a set of measures directed at achievement of results of the enterprise activity.
