A set of Strategies of Domestic Engineering Enterprises Under Modern Conditions

Abstract: The goal of the article is analysis and generalisation of existing views on the composition of the strategic set of a domestic enterprise and identification of the composition of the most expedient strategic set of engineering enterprises with consideration of the current socio-economic state. Having analysed statistical data the article establishes a stagnation character of development of engineering enterprises. In order to overcome crisis phenomena in enterprise activity, the article recommends to identify the enterprise crisis overcoming strategy, which would ensure efficient functioning of an enterprise under conditions of high uncertainty and instability. On the basis of analysis of economic literature and with the goal to specify this strategy, the article justifies a strategic set, which meets requirements and challenges of modern conditions of functioning of engineering enterprises.
