Abstract: The issue of improvement of the regulating influence of the state upon the market of educational services is still little-studied in modern science. That is why, the article considers improvement of methods of state regulation of the market of educational services. The article uses such methods of study as methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, dialectical method of study and method of quantitative analysis. The article conducts scientific justification of the structure of the regulative mechanism that ensures efficient functioning of the market of educational services at the modern stage. The result of the study is generalisation and schematic presentation of the structure of the regulative mechanism for increase of efficiency of functioning of the market of educational services.
