The Role of Capital and its Turnover in Agricultural Development in Ukraine

Abstract: The economic aspect of modern position of the agriculture in Ukraine and its place in the global market are examined in the article. The views of national and international scientists on issues of agrarian sector are analyzed. The possible ways of its development in the future and its basic problems are determined. This is proved that the development of the agricultural sector of Ukraine is possible only by the acceleration and optimization of the agricultural enterprises capital turnover. The main tools in this process are the improvement of the state innovation policy and programs to support agricultural producers, the facilitating them to emerge at international markets, the training specialists, the use modern technology in the production process, the development of trade and financial institutions, in particular exchanges. The special attention is paid for capitalization of agriculture and importance of innovative technologies application.
