Abstract: In article the problem of improvement of the organization of financial management of the enterprises of the food industry by introduction of system diagnostics of their financial and economic activity is considered. Stages and the principles of system diagnostics of financial and economic activity of the enterprises of the food industry in the conditions of the competition are given.
