Abstract: In the article the essence of the concept \"competitive potential\", its features and structure is investigated. Control mechanism provides competitive potential and its diagnosis. It is concluded that the company may have competitive potential subject to the achievement of high quality products, the best prices and innovations in manufacturing. To achieve these benefits is not possible without a strong, tough and comprehensive competitiveness management capacity of enterprises.
