Abstract: In the article have been investigated problems of further institution evaluation development in Ukraine in directions of development and improvement of the legislative, legal and regulatory framework of reference market evaluation services; Theory, methodology and practice evaluation process different kinds of property, organizing and creating a database assessment activities for families, property, creating new information base appraiser have been discussed.
