Abstract: The article reviews the current state of the system of the employees motivation of Ukrainian enterprises and analyzes the problem of motivation. The article shows different theories of motivation, which is the interesting points that should be considered in the formation of an organization\'s motivation management program. The article defines the features of foreign models of staff\' encouraging in the company and and offers some recommendations for improving national employee\'s motivation system.
