Abstract: Systematization of methods and approaches for the estimations of management quality local finances is carried out in the article. It was worked out and was offered for Ukraine system of indicative indexes for the estimations of financial and management internalss by finances of local authorities, in the conditions of height of financial independence of territorial educations.
