Abstract: The article considers global economy from the point of view of influence of globalisation processes on economy of individual states; problems, which potentially can result in negative consequences of redistribution of the financial sphere; theoretical basics of institutionalisation of economy as the main regulator of the national economy; financial conditions of formation of the global financial market; mechanisms of interaction of the national and world economies under conditions of financial globalisation.
