Abstract:
The article considers alternative to popular resource approach representation of the structure of innovation potential of an enterprise as a set of factors of organisational and economic origin, conducts consideration and analysis of content of the most important structural components, in particular innovation climate, innovation culture, business processes and values of an enterprise. It also provides a scheme of identification and overcoming innovation barriers with the help of two-dimensional table-matrix.
