Abstract: The article studies internal factors of variance of demand and supply of labour force in the domestic labour market, which are justified by its institutional imperfection; it studies influence of transaction costs of the subjects of the labour market on its structural imbalance under conditions of transformational economy; it proves the role of investment component in ensuring balance of transactional costs of formation of demand and supply of labour force and reasons of underfinancing of this sphere.
