Abstract:
The article analyses main aspects of state regulation and stimulation of innovation activity in the agrarian sphere. It offers ways, which predetermine development of innovation processes in agriculture. It considers the legal basis of innovation activity in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. It proves that one of the problems of regulation is a state support of innovation activity and commercialisation of intellectual property.
