Abstract:
The article sets the issue of regulation of transaction costs with the help of information and communication technologies, analyses realities and prospects of its solution in Ukraine. It establishes that, together with ICT, the research tools of the modern institutional theory fits the efficiency criterion best of all and, consequently, provides a theoretical base of regulation of transaction costs. It justifies a necessity of further introduction of electronic government in Ukraine.
