Life Cycle of an Agreement Insuring Risks of an Agricultural Company

Abstract:
The article considers the issue of clarification of essence, importance and study of components of an insurance agreement on regulation of relations between suppliers of insurance services (insurers) and agricultural companies (insurants). Moreover, it provides for consideration the author's model of a life cycle of an agreement that insures agricultural risks through allocation of its main stages: 1) submission of an application - as the starting point of appearance of relations between an insurance company and agricultural companies; 2) valuation of the insured object; 3) assessment of risks; 4) assessment of the insurance sum; 5) setting the size of the insurance premium; 6) making an agreement; 7) payment of the insurance money in the event of the insured accident; 8) application from agricultural companies - as a new level of relations on insuring objects from risks with insurance companies. Moreover, the article describes the Shewhart-Deming cycle in the context of an insurance agreement.
