Abstract: The article presents a study of reformation of the pension system of Ukraine. Modelling on the basis of the evolution theory allowed conduct of analysis of demographic tendencies of the Ukrainian society for the transition stage of reformation and further development. It mathematically proves the necessity of state administration of demographic parameters.
