Infrastructure formations of venture capital as a form of integration of science into production

Abstract:
The article focuses on the problem of transfer of results of the scientific progress into production, solution of which would allow obtaining a socio-economic effect in the form of competitive advantages in the world market, economic security of the country and well-being of its people. The article offers to create technological park structures as possible and efficient ways of uniting the "science-production" cycle into a single whole. To achieve this, the article identifies essence and tasks of the innovation structure, goal, organisation forms and expediency of its creation. Using the results of the analysis of the world and domestic experience of technological parks functioning, the article identifies state measures that are capable of forming a favourable institutional environment in Ukraine.
