Abstract:
The authors generalise new tendencies in organic agriculture development in the countries of the European Union and Ukraine. The article justifies proposals to strengthen state regulation of production of ecologically pure products after Ukraine joins WTO. It shows direct interconnection between the state support of ecologisation of agriculture on the basis of use of ecological and energetic factors and growth of the market of organic products. It is used as a basis for the proposal to create a target long-term national programme on development of organic agriculture in accordance with European norms and standards. It can also reflect ecological and energetic, investment and biological aspects with justification of the advanced prices on products of organic agriculture.
