Abstract:
The article considers theoretical aspects of entrepreneurial activity under conditions of deepening of integration processes. It studies tendencies of development of economic subjects. It identifies integration of entrepreneurial structures at inter-firm and intra-firm levels. It analyses parts of the synergetic effect. It considers different forms of integration. It analyses the world practice of the forms of integration of companies, namely: strategic alliances, consortia, cartels, syndicates, pools, associations, conglomerates, trusts, concerns, industrial holdings and financial and industrial groups. It allocates advantages of creation of consortia. It develops a matrix of main organisational forms of integration and their characteristic features. It systemises main forms of integration of companies. It determines specific features of transactions in Ukraine.
