Abstract: The article generalises main approaches to regional management of infrastructure development of the territory. It justifies expediency of use of the territorial and economic approach with respect to development and realisation of projects of regional development. It proves a necessity of establishment of effective co-operation of participants of the process of regional development under conditions of realisation of large-scale infrastructure projects. It characterises essence and principles of state and corporate partnership at the regional level. It offers a methodical approach and tools of justification of selection of organisational form of the state and corporate partnership while realising integration projects of regional infrastructure development. It develops a system of indicators of assessment of parameters of relations of participants of the state and corporate partnership while realising integration projects of inter-regional development.
