Abstract: The goal of the article is development of scientific provisions with respect of methodological specific features of formation of the scorecard of diagnostics of the innovation component of technological processes of industrial enterprises. The article proves fragmentariness of views of theoreticians and practitioners on this problem. It justifies a necessity of formation of these indicators from the point of view of a system approach, consequently, accounting of all interconnections and interdependencies between them, and also coverage of main factors that identify the diagnosed innovation component. Pursuant to result of the study the article specifies system properties of the scorecard of diagnostics of the innovation component of technological processes of industrial enterprises. It reveals a possibility of application of two alternative approaches to formation of this scorecard, and also establishes their advantages and shortcomings. It gives a number of requirements, which have to be met when selecting, developing and forming the scorecard of diagnostics of the innovation component of technological processes of industrial enterprises. It reflects key issues that should form the basis of the methodological approach to formation of this system. It shows typology of indicators of diagnostics of the innovation component of technological processes of industrial enterprises, which gives subjects of diagnostics a possibility to select relevant indicators depending on the set criteria and restrictions. Prospects of further studies in this direction should lie in development of the system of a specific scorecard of diagnostics of each innovation component of technological processes of industrial enterprises with consideration of methodological specific features of its formation described in the article.
