Abstract: The article analyses factors of influence upon efficiency of the organisation management system. In the result of the study the article identifies components of management quality provision as a condition of achievement of manageability and high level of organisational perfection by an enterprise. The article formulates principles of ensuring balanced development of an organisation. The prospect of further studies in this direction is formation of the national management model, which would rest upon the already existing anticipatory competitive advantages in humanitarian and geo-economic spheres and would facilitate effective modernisation for achieving a high level of organisational perfection of enterprises in general.
