Abstract: In article foreign trade activities of the industrial enterprises of Ukraine in a cut of variety of indicators are analyzed: volumes, dynamics, export and import structure, and also its influence on national economy. Problems in foreign trade activities of the domestic enterprises demanding regulation from the state are allocated.
