Abstract: Results of assessment of the level of use of intellectual potential of enterprises, human, structural and consumer capitals as components of assessment for a specific engineering enterprise, a group of enterprises have been analyzed and reserves of their under-use on the basis of tendencies of factors-indicators change and their interference for the period of five years are identified. Mentioned drawbacks are the basis for substantiation of a set of actions on improvement of the state of matters in this direction for a single enterprise and for a group of enterprises.
