Abstract: The article offers a technique of management of income and expenditures that are not connected with the main activity of the enterprises on the basis of budgeting. Expediency of applying functional and cost analysis for assessment of the impact of conjuncture factors on the change of financial state of the enterprise under the influence of nonoperational income and expenditures is justified.
