Abstract: In the article experience of formation and development of clusters structures in Ukraine is analysed. The history of formation and examples of such structures in domestic economy, the reasons of their successes and failures is considered. Standard legal support of clasterization of economy of Ukraine is analysed. The role and the perspective directions of development of national clusters structures is defined.
