Abstract: The article analyzes the conditions and peculiarities of formation the corporate culture of domestic enterprises, in this context, the authors investigated the development of the corporate sector of Ukraine, national peculiarities of Ukrainian economic culture, the competitiveness of domestic enterprises and globalization.
