Abstract: It is substantiated that the conformance evaluation of flexible innovative development of the enterprise to the market is in the choice of quantitative criterion and identification for them the reference value, that describe the trade tendency of the development. The systems "enterprise" and "market" are compared according to four key subsystem, that ensures the reaction on customer's demand change.
