Abstract: This article deals with process of factors transformation, that determine the export-oriented enterprises development strategy. The influence of global financial and commodity markets trends on the strategy of chemical sector enterprises is determined. The role of ecological factors in the process of strategic plans implementation by the leading participants of the world mineral fertilizers market is defined.
