Abstract: The essence and categorical apparatus of the cluster are considered together with the suitability, advantages of forming and problems of functioning in conditions of legal framework of Ukraine. The current state, problems of functioning and ways of further growth of the competitiveness of sugar-beet complex enterprises of AIC of Ukraine are examined in conditions of food crisis spreading in the world.
