Abstract: In the article influences of subsystems and functions of control system by a personnel are probed on the level of innovative receptivity organizationally - administrative structure. As a result of research the calculation of index of innovative receptivity of control system by a personnel is produced. That enables to define a presence readiness of personnel to introduction of innovations in a production process.
