Abstract: The article develops and justifies optimal for Ukraine functional strategy of administration of ensuring energy efficiency of functioning of regional industrial complexes of allocation type. It reproduces an aggregate model, which is formalised by a generalised set of complex indicators of energy efficiency of functioning of the real sector of economy in regions.
