Abstract: The article states that the modern state of the environment requires formation of ecological awareness of individuals and society. It also states that the issues of formation and realisation of the ecological components of a company's potential are urgent. The article considers ecological potential as a set of technical and technological, financial, intellectual and consumer opportunities and also mechanisms and instruments of their realisation. It proves that realisation of ecological potential results in a multi-dimensional effect, which includes ecological, economic, market, financial, technical and technological and other results.
