Abstract: The article considers modern aspects of formation of efficient system of planning of increase of economic potential of a company. The author substantiates implementation of the system approach to planning and division of plans by different levels with their further integration into a single system. The article proves that only a multi-level system of planning in a company is capable of integrating a system of planning of increase of economic potential. It offers to present the system of strategic planning of increase of economic potential, like the whole system of management of a company, in the form of three subordinate contours: contour of strategic planning, contour of tactic planning and current (operative) planning.
