Abstract: The article considers possibilities, which are provided by IT-outsourcing to the modern economic objects, marks out supposed benefits, expenses and risks connected with its introduction. It offers a mathematical model, based on the theory of fuzzy sets, which is designed for provision of making decisions on the use of IT-outsourcing. The model takes into account different scenarios of the use of IT-outsourcing services in the context of development of the own information system of an economic object.
