Abstract: The article justifies a necessity of development of an efficient approach to monitoring and assessment of financial state of an insurance company, considers main aspects of the procedure of diagnosis of its crisis state and offers a matrix of crisis states, which allows identification of the character of anti-crisis measures for an insurance company.
