Abstract: The article considers a necessity of restructurisation of subjects of trading activity, identifies a paradigm of ecologically responsible consumption on the basis of strengthening of the general state imperative of ecologically responsible development of trade, analyses economic mechanisms of restructurisation of trading companies, and studies the structure of ecological capital of the subjects of trading activity.
