Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problems of analysis and assessment of a strategic position of industrial enterprises. It identifies main aspects of planning the strategic position of enterprises. It justifies main parameters of analysis and assessment of external environment of economic activity and competitive conditions. It generalises the existing scientific experience in the sphere of analysis of the strategic position of an enterprise, forms three groups of analytical instruments, which allow managing the strategic position on the basis of deep understanding of specific features of the industry and intensity of competition in it, comprehension of consumer needs and also the existing strategy, experience, resources and capabilities to correspond with these needs.
