Abstract:
This paper presents the results of a questionnaire survey disseminated to more than 200 European automotive SMEs between early October and early November 2001, in order to describe their needs and requirement for an e-learning solution. In May 2002, a complementary survey was carried out with 26 potential trainees from three European SMEs concerning their preferences for e-learning.
